The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a quiet area, so close to shopping centres as well as Main areas. We had a spacious bedroom. The staff was affable and super-friendly, took good care of everyone. Central location was a plus.

This hotel features spacious rooms equipped with an oven, kitchenware, and a washing machine, plus a lovely pool view from the window.

This venue offers an excellent room equipped with ironing facilities, a study table, and an iPod dock, along with a heated pool and convenient parking outside.

It was embarassing at times with no door on shower toilet room particuarly with mirrors in area

Freshwater Point was a wonderful place to stay clean modern large apartments easy to get around gold coast with buses a short walk away and wonderful helpful staff I would recommend anybody looking for an apartment in a clean modern building stay here

Only 1 negative being that if you didn't know where to find it it would be difficult to find as there is no large sign to show where to go

Pool area was nice.

The bathroom in our apartment had no door, which is ridiculous. There was no privacy. When we asked why, receeption told us that some apartments were 'just like that' and there was nothing they could do. We were also charged a $20 late check put fee for being 30min late. I've never stayed at a hotel that at least didn't have the courtesy to ring the room to warn you. Again, reception just said 'they don't do warning calls'. And finally, the apartment wasn't cleaned in the 4 days we were there, so don't go here expecting to be looked after.

The location was great – it was only a short distance from all the places we wanted to visit. 😊.

Fresh very clean and modern what you see on internet is what you get.

on internet site it says you are located closer to Surfers than you are,we tried to walk there one day and it took over an hour not 1/2 hr and 1.5 kms!!

The staff here are friendly and always greet you with a smile 😊. It’s conveniently located close to Broadbeach and the casino, plus it’s near the nightlife at Surfers. There’s also an onsite cafe, making it easy to grab a bite after enjoying all the entertainment around!
